HotelProBook is an online hotel booking platform that connects travelers with hotels, resorts, and accommodations worldwide. We act as an intermediary between you (the guest) and the hotel partners. We do not own, operate, or control any of the hotels listed on our Platform. Our role is to facilitate bookings and provide customer support for reservations made through our system. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective hotel.
When you make a reservation through HotelProBook, you agree to pay all charges associated with your booking, including room rates, taxes, service fees, and any additional charges incurred during your stay. Payment methods accepted include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and select digital wallets. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the hotel's policy. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Cancellation policies vary by hotel and room type. Before confirming your reservation, you will see the specific cancellation policy for your selected property. Some bookings are "Free Cancellation" and allow changes up to 24-48 hours before check-in. Others are "Non-Refundable" and cannot be changed or refunded. To cancel or modify a reservation, log into your HotelProBook account or contact our customer support team. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

All content on the HotelProBook Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of HotelProBook or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HotelProBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the booking giving rise to the claim.
The HotelProBook Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform, or the information, content, materials, or products included. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HotelProBook, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of HotelProBook after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of HotelProBook shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA). Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and HotelProBook regarding your use of the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
